We loved our stay here. The property was perfect. We had everything we needed and were very comfortable. I slept like a baby being right next to the beach, hearing the waves, which were like a perfect lullaby. The view was amazing. I couldn’t get over it. I think I took a thousand pictures. And waking up and being able to go down to the beach before breakfast for a little walk was priceless! We also enjoyed being able to play on the beach in the morning and then go up to the room for lunch and of course, a nap.
The owners made sure we were happy and comfortable and made it all so easy. The attendants on the beach were also very helpful.
It was just such a great vacation!

We really enjoyed our stay. My only complaint would be the bed in the master bedroom was very uncomfortable. My husband and I found it to be very hard and difficult to sleep on. As you can see, I didn’t take any stars away, as we still really enjoyed the condo.

We selected a medium firm King mattress for the master bedroom that most of our guests find comfortable and supportive. I know that between the ocean view and ocean sounds from the master bedroom, I am out like a light. Hope to see you again in the future.

My family and I have stayed here at the Serenity by the Sea Condo several times this year and last and always have a great stay. The place is always extra clean and the condo is decorated much nicer than other condos we have stayed at. I love the new reclining loungers on the deck. I just sun directly on the deck or move the lounger and sleep on the balcony to the soothing sound of the waves. This year after the new Sand Jam concert that was at the Pier Park just next door, we could see and enjoy the concert from the deck and the surprise fireworks off of the pier at the end of the concert was like a personal fire works display just for me and my family. Just Fantastic. We will be back.

Our stay in your condo was exactly what we were looking for - we found it clean and nicely decorated. Bed is very comfortable and we enjoyed the big TV in the bedroom. The large balcony is perfect for watching dolphins, beach activity and the beautiful sunsets, we even watched a beach side wedding! Sterling Reef has the best location on the beach being right next to the County Pier, close to restaurants, and shopping.
The pool area is lovely and the smaller pool was heated. The parking is very convenient as well. We appreciated your professionalism, Charles, with your communication and thoughtful attentiveness.

With the New County and PCB Pier right next door and no other condo's to the west of us for 1/2 mile...the condo is not as packed as the cattle houses that other condos are during peak season. With the putt putt golf course, gift shops and 2 water parks across the street and just a few blocks away and within walking distance for the kids; It is a great location. See you again real soon.

Upon arrival we found the condo to be extremely clean and beautifully decorated. The owners are wonderful to work with and are available for any need you may experience while there, including simple information about Panama City itself. Charles and Sheri made sure that we were able to contact them at any time if we would need to.
The condo had everything we could possibly need to provide a home away from home for us. We were even provided start up items such as dishwashing detergent, paper towels, toilet paper, laundry detergent, and soap. We didn't have to rush out to the store immediately. We were vacationing with several other families who also stayed at Sterling Reef. Every time one of them came by our condo, they commented on how nice it was.
The complex itself was great. We visited at a high peak time, and parking was never an issue. The beach was wonderful, and since Sterling Reef isn't as large as many other resorts in Panama City, the beach and pool NEVER felt crowded. The pools were kept immaculate and cleaned every morning. Even the BBQ grills are cleaned everyday. I spoke with several other people in other complexes who had extreme parking problems and extreme congestion on their beaches.
We have vacationed in Panama City for several years, and this was by far the nicest condo we have stayed in, and we can't wait to come back to this unit!

Love the location and property was clean and very well maintained. Room was great couldn't asked for more. Beach access was great only down fall was the chair rental guy was rude daily to my family. Love the beach it was clean and very lovely. Water was very clear and no seaweed. Iove to snorkel and the water was so much crystal clear and seen so many different kinds of fish stingrays. Dolphins were almost to the beach. I loved it. There were some issues with the elevators being slow. While we were in the pool someone from the 17th floor threw a water bottle and almost hit my niece in the head. That would have been very bad injury if it would have hit her. But overall I loved it. The property staff cleaned early every morning and organized the property. They were very helpful. Loved this property and the room and will definitely be back again.

They stayed in constant contact with me during booking process, prior to stay, during stay, and after we departed. It's so refreshing to meet people who are friendly to deal with and place emphasis on a family having a good time. The condo itself was beautiful and clean. The views were amazing and the moments we shared with our family were incredible. We are so ready to go back and we have only been gone for couple days. I would highly recommend this unit. Charles contacted us just as we arrived and told us we could check in early. Perfect timing. We have been coming to vacation at Serenity by the Sea for years and this year noted to Charles that we like the upgrades. It's very nice. Charles shared some of his pictures of his dolphin cruise. We decided to go on the same cruise and now we have our own dolphin pictures that we shared with him as well.
Sheri and I cherish your continued loyalty over the past years and glad you noticed the many upgrades and enhancements. We strive to upgrade the condo every year, as we and all of our returning guests love to stay somewhere that is kept extremely clean, updated, and enjoy nice comfortable furnishings and amenities.
We loved seeing your dolphin pictures from the sunset dolphin cruise we recommended. You got some really great shots of the dolphins surfing the wakes and waves.

We just had a wonderful stay at Sterling Reefs unit 906! Extremely pleased with this unit and all it had to offer! The cleanliness was superb and I’m usually very particular about that, and absolutely loved the tastefully amazing decor! It was so comforting to me! I can nit say enough good things about Charles and Sheri, the owners! They were so kind and helpful with information that helped ease my job of giving me and my family a very memorable vacation! It’s that kind of character that makes the difference and I truly appreciate it!

This is the most wonderful place with a wonderful view of the beach. Beautiful Beyond Compare. Great sunsets. Everything you need is provided, from pots and pans to dishwasher pods to laundry detergent. We loved the little extra touches. I love the lounge chairs on the huge balcony. We got great views from the deck and also I got my tan on...all without leaving the privacy of my room. Very nice furniture and artwork make this an outstanding place to stay and entertain or relax. We will be back again and again!

We know that what good is a dishwasher and washer and dryer if you have to go out and buy detergent just to use it. That is why we decided as an extra touch to provide this for our vacationers. Not those maid services where you get a different maid every time. That way we keep our own sheets and towels new and freshly cleaned for us and our guests to enjoy. Very nice apartment with a large balcony and a beautiful view, great location, waterpark at a walking distance and if you stop at the resort office they will give you a great value cupon. The unit is very clean, large and confortable, nicely decorated. The owners are very friendly and easy to comunicate with. The facility's common areas are well keep. We LOVED the unit. It was very clean and had really nice furniture. It really was like being at home for the week. The booking process was easy and with no hassle.
